TASK (The Assembled Sensible Keepers)
Vision
A healthy, peaceful, flourishing world where all nations have enough supplies, and their children are raised with no fear in their minds; and their laughter plays like musical butterflies.

Mission
My overall hope is that TASK will be able to help achieve peaceful, successful, and flourishing societies, in which no resident is disadvantaged, malnourished, or suffers from preventable illness, or premature death. Where no crime is committed, especially against vulnerable people; because appropriate, dignified, and effective community directed sentences for all non- violent offenders, means that violent offenders can remain incarcerated until they are rehabilitated; so that government revenue can increase rather than deplete, with antisocial behaviour dissipated as society includes, educates, rehabilitates, or compassionately incarcerates (for as long as it takes), every member that makes it up.
I am convinced that TASK can be developed by the greatest minds to ensure resources can be allocated effectively to provide absolute security, stability, and satisfaction in every reputable regard, enabling the UK and other countries which work with, or copy this example, to be cultivated into the: safest, healthiest, most desirable, efficient, sustainable and admirable societies on the earth. I look forward to being proved right over time, by all the people who are grateful, honourable and care deeply for the wellbeing of themselves, and others, and especially for the planet they are fortunate enough to inhabit, and share with creatures who also deserve respect, for the role in which they play in preserving and caring for our most excellent, collective home, our magnificent blue planet.

TASK (The Assembled Sensible Keepers)
Introduction
With the ever-increasing demands, costs, and a multitude of stressful factors diminishing most people's quality of life, coupled with decreasing supplies in various areas and departments; I am proposing a complementary system to alleviate some of the dysfunction and distress humanity faces. This initiative, known as TASK, aims to unite every willing nation, to become worthy leaders and pioneers of world-renowned prestige, using redemptive, just measures, which exemplify the highest ethical and moral standards; for every other nation to respect, and follow in good time, if they so choose.

The Need for TASK
The current global situation and drastic forecasts require innovative responses that provide logical and ethical solutions, utilizing natural humanitarian and planetary resources sustainably and sensibly, to ensure that every person has their basic needs meet and every living thing is cared for, for its own good as much as for the common good.
Thus, TASK will have an airtight constitution constructed by the best legal minds, to ensure it remains a charitable, meritocratic, benevolent organisation. TASK will localise food sources and workforces, to offer a supplementary approach to our existing structures, to enhance the current systems and provide nutritious and delicious optimum sustenance, with the most cost effective and socially beneficial methods. Furthermore, by focusing on a complimentary system that harvests plant-based: seasonal, sustainable, and organic produce, TASK can ensure that every community has a supply of highly nutritious food to rely on when global production errs, which is accessible and affordable, while minimizing carbon footprint emissions, meaning that other edible produce and manufacturing industries can operate with the highest standards, using the finest quality ingredients, produced with the most efficient management structures and processes available; ensuring a fair wage alongside fairer trade, enabling every member of society to flourish from the benefits these improvements provide.

Goals and Objectives
TASK aims to:
-
Cultivate communities into ecological havens.
-
Improve community standards, relations, and well-being.
-
Provide a viable economic, ecological, and ethical blueprint, which will nourish and bring to full health and vitality to all interdependent life-sources.
-
Promote social cohesion through a meritocratic approach, offering opportunity, based on skills, ethical competence, and ambition, regardless of entry point.
TASK provides a way for any community to be cultivated into an ecological haven, using a plethora of workforce initiatives which localise food and work sources, whilst ensuring that the heritage of each community and nation is respected. TASK will ensure that traditional communities can retain their unique identities, whilst accessing modern technologies and advanced systems, which ensure each community, and especially their children, and descendants can be offered the protections and provisions needed; to ensure every person can reach their potential and live with dignity in peace. TASK will provide the strategies to improve community standards, international relations, and the wellbeing of all people and the ecosystems which they depend on. On a local level TASK will provide the most proficient, economically, ecologically, and ethically viable ways to ensure ‘levelling up’ is achieved; by enabling greater social cohesion and integration. TASK will naturally develop harmonised thriving, co-operative, healthy, functional and productive stable communities, whether they are a monoculture or cohabited with a population of diverse traditions.

Social and Economic Impact
TASK will:
-
Provide a responsible role for every interested or available citizen, ensuring respect and diligent training and opportunities for advancement and fulfilment.
-
Offer employment and training to welfare recipients, reducing social isolation, declining health and preventing criminal activity.
-
Support individuals in developing skills and gaining employment references.
-
Collaborate with charities, institutions, and businesses to address community-specific needs.
TASK's aspiration is to provide a way to ensure that we are all treated fairly, and those who have the capacity, desire, and resources, can value, serve, raise up and protect everyone in need of support, or development, for as long as is necessary, in a fair way, and that has no negative repercussions. This is achievable because TASK provides a way for the most respected professionals to provide the highest standards of care for every member of their society, as well as for every part of the environment affecting them. For example, those in receipt of welfare state benefits, who are seeking employment, should be assigned to respectfully serve their communities and TASK can ensure that this happens, so that everyone has a responsible role in society; whilst their own capabilities and needs are also respected and protected. A major benefit of this initiative is that unskilled and unemployed citizens will belong to a team that will support and strengthen them, to contribute effectively, whilst providing all the support needed to teach the practical skills needed to understand and provide for some of their basic needs and also to support their communities practically and usefully; whilst ensuring that no one is isolated, stigmatised, neglected or demoralised, during hardship; thus TASK will also act as a preventative factor against criminality or negative harmful coping mechanisms.
TASK is deeply committed to providing personal development and advancement, be it ethical, intellectual, or practical, because TASK believes in the benefit of preparing its labour force for further opportunities within the organisation, or within another sector; so that everyone can meet their potential and feel satisfied with their position, and participating nations can increase in prosperity, wealth and dignity. TASK can also help the long-term sick or unemployed to gain skills and provide a reference for those who want to move on to a different workforce, ensuring that they can demonstrate to their preferred employer that they are able to meet the requirements of the role in society which they feel more suitable for. Various charities, organisations, institutions, and businesses will be able to partner with TASK, or benefit from the dynamic range of services and opportunities TASK can provide, increasing everyone’s ability to understand and meet the specific demands and needs, each community faces, and individuals experience; especially the most vulnerable.

Regenerative Agricultural and Nutritional Initiatives
TASK will:
-
Grow seasonal, sustainable, organic produce in community spaces and remunerated private and state-owned areas.
-
Provide soil regeneration, to improve its health and fertility, benefiting biodiversity, ecosystem resilience, crop productivity, water retention, farmer livelihood, reduction in need for synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, reduced water pollution in lakes and river, and climate change mitigation.
-
Provide nutritious produces for schools, hospitals, the impoverished and charities.
-
Reduce food waste by donating excess to emergency services and composting all remnants.
-
Address rising health costs and promote better lifestyle choices, providing socially rewarding fun activities, with further support education and training opportunities in outdoor areas and community hubs in ecology, permaculture, nutrition, neurology, physiology, biology, catering, management, landscaping and agriculture; as well additional specialist support such as: family groups, adolescent groups, mental health recovery, pensioner groups, disability accessible groups, minority groups, rehabilitation recovery groups, non-violent offender rehabilitation programmes, and segregated integration and skilled programmes including ESOL and citizenship provisions alongside basic TASK duties, for illegal migrants being processed.
Despite all the current concerns, there is still time for all man-made environmental and physical health challenges and impairments to be effectively addressed and reversed, if everyone who is not supporting themselves or the common good, to work together to grow organic, seasonal, sustainable produce, in people’s gardens, community spaces, state owed depleted areas, or in viable areas which are rentable or purchasable in the private sector, using environmentally friendly and recycled materials first and foremost. This is because TASK methods and systems are founded and will continue to be developed upon bioethical and eco-theological disciplines, carefully outlined and developed by leading experts, such as The Global Parliament of World Religions and renowned scientists, environmentalist and all those working for the common good and a better future. TASK will COLLABORATE with every environmental and human health institution to reduce and diminish harmful practices, which are currently increasing the risks and exposures of harmful elements, caused by poor environmental management, which are directly responsible for decreasing health and wellbeing.
TASK will unite all concerned to be more effective in reducing diseases, pathogens, radiation, and toxins, whilst improving sanitisation and food quality. By utilising the most effective ethical and organic practices, all man-made ecological concerns can be counteracted and calculated to provide a more balanced society, in which humanity and ecology work harmoniously within realistic bioethical boundaries. Soil regeneration through organic practices is the necessary way to rejuvenate depleted eco-systems and the biodiversity required in nature and food supplies, to ensure all life-style related conditions caused by poor nutrition, can be alleviated, so that future generations can live in peek biological health, in ecological havens, which effectively manage and support the needs of all life, abundantly, humanely and impeccably.
TASK will be focused on using the produce it is able to grow, to provide an abundance of seasonal soups, juices and a variety of other nutritionally complete meals which can be provided, to compliment all healthy diets. A proportion can be sold to those who can afford them, to cover expenses, and the rest will be used to serve the greater good, in any way deemed helpful: (such as school dinners, food technology lessons, hospital canteens, group homes, feeding the homeless, meals on wheels charities, etc. Thus, TASK can ensure that every person’s basic nutritional need can be met, and can be relied upon in times of difficulty, and its fresh produce can also be enjoyed and elevated within times of plenty; with all surplus supplies donated to frontline workers, or composted to provide high quality soil and fertiliser, as well as to reduce landfill and food waste.

Economic Benefits and Cost Reduction
By reducing the strain on the healthcare system and fostering community-based food production, TASK will:
-
Lower taxpayer costs.
-
Reduce and prevent physical and mental Health conditions.
-
Provide a sustainable food source network to ensure no one suffers unnecessarily during global crises and disruptions, be them a man-made or natural crises.
Additionally, since 97% of the conditions which the NHS currently treats are attributed to unhealthy lifestyles, TASK will provide the healthy networks and opportunities to ensure that this figure steadily reduces. The approach TASK offers will not only act as a buffer against rising health costs and food shortages but will also provide a natural way to increase fitness and improve both mental and physical health conditions over time. With the British National Health Service under such a great strain, the personal toll on individuals, families, and society can be alleviated here in the UK, whilst also setting a president for other nations to follow, effectively increasing world health and reducing the strain on more organised and developed nations, extending the benefits and services to less fortunate one’s overtime too. Furthermore, since the majority of people do not fully understand how to meet all their essential needs, or may lack the support, education, training, motivation, or resources even if they do have the capacity; TASK can provide the most effective system to the necessary adjustments, so that the experts can ensure that we all reap all the glorious benefits of great choices, without the need to apply pressure, or instil fear into less advantaged or abled people; ensuring everyone is able to maintain optimum health with no restraints, at a level suited to their capacity and ability.

Education and Employment Opportunities
TASK believes in lifelong learning and will:
-
Train participants in ethical, intellectual, and practical skills.
-
Support long-term sick or unemployed individuals in skill development.
-
Offer employment and volunteer opportunities in gardening, nutrition, and catering.
Although many would argue that they are happy with their current lifestyles, current pressures are creating a hostile atmosphere and concerning factors are distressing and stressful for most of the population. However, TASK can unify society, and occupy and edify all without purpose or position; reduce scrutiny, harassment and anxiety, whilst also empowering people to respectfully collaborate and cooperate with others, for the greater good; even if their standards are not as optimal as they could be, or even if they are ideologically opposed, by taking the focus away from identity politics, immutable characteristics, superficial fashions and persuasions, and focus people on enriching, beneficial, practical, essential and admirable goals with commendable and benevolent outcomes; centred on team-work and values and principles with serve the common good and build up the individual to a connected independence. Because, whilst, we all have democratic freedoms to make our own individual choices, society collectively benefits and/or suffers the consequences of all those actions, and this is becoming more and more apparent, the more people see the increasing depletion and suffering around them, especially when this causes themselves, or their loved ones to suffer; in societies which are chaotically, unprincipled disenfranchised shells of corruption, violence, degradation, uncertainty due to fragmented leadership of dissenting vanities which dishearten and disrupt the truly decent core that belongs to humanity. Therefore, the greatest approach must be to seek justice rather than vengeance, to prevent rather than cure, evade misfortune rather than risk creating worsening conditions that become untreatable, or cause irreversible mass contagion or destruction.
TASK is committed to leading with wise kindness, whilst protecting the defenceless, because those who need intervention, or who are struggling to manage, or are suffering mildly or significantly, such deserve to have the most appropriate structures ready to support, rehabilitate and when necessary (re)/integrate them, so that they can realise what they are missing, and find a place to belong, which prolongs, inspires the depths and extent of their mind and the heights and rights of their physical designs. TASK’s functional blueprint, which is adaptable, can help all people to reach their fullest potential, so that everyone can achieve the highest satisfaction and fulfilment possible, for themselves, for their loved ones, regardless of their class or circumstances.
TASK will also provide a benefit and relief for those responsible for caring for those less fortunate, due to the way that expertise is disseminated and executed distinctly and proficiently among the layered tiers of members, ensuring that every level of operation is trained and maintained to ensure proficient delivery and workers who are not only highly competent but perfectly content. Thus, people in such a system can be truly grateful for their lives and will work to preserve and cherish everything for the common good, as much as for their own benefit, with necessary responses to ensure that communities are connected effectively, respectfully with every member feeling valued and inspired. With a culture of inclusion for those who are fair-minded and kind-hearted, who long for meaningful connection, purpose and understanding; strengthening the foundation of society and communities, so that all industries, sectors, institutions and organisations and specialist exclusive groups can thrive; as the disenfranchised, marginalised, ostracised and traumatised can contribute peacefully, productively and purposefully, with all the necessary safeguards and support in place to ensure success at every stage. These measures will make it easier for authorities to identify, segregate and rehabilitate violent and deranged people, to prevent them from causing further harm to themselves and others, because the organised and efficient practices of TASK will reduce dysfunction and costs, allowing more resources and time to be directed to the most perilous sources.

Rehabilitation and Justice System Reform
TASK proposes using its resources to:
-
Provide rehabilitation opportunities for non-violent offenders and vetted illegal immigrants.
-
Establish more secure measures to rehabilitate violent offenders.
-
Reduce crime rates and taxpayer costs while improving national security and well-being.
Most importantly initially perhaps, would be the opportunity to use this service to provide rehabilitation for appropriate non-violent offenders, by setting up secured communities away from the public, to ensure national resources and benefits can be focused on enriching and rewarding the needs of law-abiding citizens. Further still, TASK can be used to ensure that these secure measures can support the justice system to work more effectively, as it will free up prisons spaces so nations can permanently detain violent offenders, until they are rehabilitated. This will be possible because TASK can be organised into two departments, with safe and ‘at risk’ kept separate from each other, with the latter being kept isolated from the public, unless they have been rehabilitated and can appreciate and respect British standards, and laws. Thus, TASK can also extend to manage a secure isolated programme, further supporting rehabilitation initiatives, by offering a transitionary period ensuring deviant tendencies have been effectively remedied before offenders, or those granted asylum are released into the public domain.
TASK can manage separate facilities with similar specifications to keep asylum seekers humanely detained and appropriately sustained, whilst keeping them occupied and of benefit to themselves and others; whilst they are processed for suitability. To make the human rights of nationals, just as important as the needs of the less fortunate and desperate; as well as whilst providing effortless identification of uncivilised hostiles, rendering ineffective the attempts of those who would seek to exploit or harm societies founded on emotional and ethical competency. TASK can be set up in willing nations so that failed asylum seekers and dangerous immigrants, including those with dual nationalities, can be returned to these bases, as close as possible to their place of birth, or areas which they are most genetically compatible to, if no documentation is available or honest dialogue is not reciprocated; in cases where resources or security issues prevent local integration, or for migrants who are incapable of adapting to the regulations required for social cohesion. TASK should be utilised to provide a humane segregation operation, to protect civilised individuals from the unnecessary harms caused by various deviant groups, providing the support and rehabilitation required to make them profitable and grateful for the nation they inhabit where possible, with no risk to the host nation!

TASK will be an effective tool for restoring law and order and the reduction of costs to the taxpayer, and increasing trust, stability and productivity, increasing National GDP (Gross Domestic Product) as well ameliorate the discrepancies across the GPI (Global Peace Index). Additionally, TASK’s reduction of crime rates provides the most humane way to rehabilitate non-violent offenders, keeping prison places reserved for the most dangerous, whilst providing dignified, supportive systems for the most vulnerable and desperate; to generate a diverse, healthy, democratic culture, in which all can respectively unite and collectively thrive. I will discuss likeminded projects, which demonstrate the aforementioned benefits, and will also seek to alleviate any concerns that this proposal has raised. However, I will do this after I have explained the purpose and structure of TASK’s operations more fully first.
Foundational Considerations
Unfortunately, our current situation means that the Bentham’s Utilitarian principle of, ‘The greatest good for the greatest number’ is commonly the only available option for most in charge, as the demand exceeds the supply. In which those responsible for caring and providing for other people’s needs, are instead forced to marginalise, disregard, or even oppress the minority, to tend too and appease the majority, or vice versa, causing mass contentions and resentment, which can often lead to civil unrest, protests, public disorder, criminal damage and damaged public relations and poor national and international reputation. Those entrusted with the responsibility of managing civil matters, should not be put in a position in which they cannot honour everyone they are committed to serving; the psychological toll and the harm to the individual, and any institution affected, is just as unfair as those who have received the least good as the least(or most) number. Additionally, the desperation, hostility, discord, scrutiny, and mutiny, the aforementioned situations create, can be compared to Disney’s ‘Lion King’, at the part in which Scar the jealous, devious, power-hungry villain, joins sides with the aggressive masses, reaping a miserable, depleted, degraded, dishonourable existence on those he has allowed to remain. This type of predatory thuggery, illustrates stupendously, how unstable, and dangerous such an approach is, because the quality and very survival of the remaining lives are put in jeopardy when the regard of healthy living cultures is denigrated, or decimated, according to the unhealthy, lavish, appetites of the most savage. The thriving of the most aggressive, at the expense of the survival of the most: mentally, morally, and ethically fittest, leads to less not more, and the subsequent persecution of the minority becomes the final bitter end of common-sense, that could otherwise heal the declining culture; because such decline self-perpetuates until there is nothing left to decimate. Thankfully, although temporarily divided, due to Scar type mentality, there is a way for communities and nations, to unite and glorify the cultures which create healthy constitutions; which champion our collective desire for sound morality and stable democracy once more.

My own nation, the United Kingdom, at best is renowned as a thriving democracy, with such a rich history of innovation, but is also one with a more recent story of attempting: inclusion, diversity, and honourable, generous, welcoming community spirit; extended to those wanting to belong and willing to uphold: common decency, with zealous passionate indignation and action against hypocrisy, indecency, brutality, and injustice. On this fertile foundation TASK is committed to an achievable goal of perfect provision, peace, stability, and joy for all, by means of reasoning, reassuring, and restoring full health and vitality; gradually, sensibly, respectfully, patiently and with dignity, as all decisions are made unanimously by those with the most respected positions of service to democracy and decency. Every law-abiding citizen will be able to benefit and will not be coerced to engage, but will be convinced of the benevolence and benefits, as they see the evidence and elevated wellbeing of all willing participants. Those required to engage by law due to rehabilitation, or social welfare programs, or segregated migrant areas; will of course be incarcerated (or deported if applicable if asylum is rejected or revoked), instead, if they will not cooperate and make the most of the valuable, redemptive opportunity they have been fortunate enough to have found themselves placed in, so that no time is wasted on the aggressive or the ungrateful; who deserve less not more, (not excluding essential basic needs), until they can be schooled to care for the rights of others above their primitive desires.

All proceeds from TASK will be dedicated to the most vulnerable, with 50% allocated to deprived children, 30% for deprived pensioners; and the remaining 20% designated to other vulnerable groups. However, once stability has been achieved amongst all united nations, TASK would be able to channel its proceeds to supporting the same demographic globally; to provide aid to populations whose authorities are not yet aligned with democratic principles; as long as it is safe, and we are welcomed to do so.

Funding and Organizational Structure
To function effectively, TASK will require:
-
Financial experts to manage funding and expenditures.
-
Salaries for key personnel, including CEO, regional managers, area managers, accountant, administrators, risk assessors, permacultures, landscape gardeners, waste and clearance officers, nutritionists, chefs, catering assistants, community hub staff, trainers and educators, produce delivery drivers, probation officers, immigration officers, security staff.
-
Infrastructure support, including kitchens, gardening tools, safety equipment, and storage facilities, clearance vans, produce delivery vans.
-
Biodegradable and reusable containers for food distribution.
TASK will Employ financial experts to evaluate expenditures and obtain the relevant funding. For example, every square mile would require an employed area manager, who would liaison with outer agencies and qualified TASK employees, as well as being responsible for passing on information and instructions to the volunteers and the separate department of sentenced workers. Salaries would need to be calculated for: the CEO, Regional Managers, Area Managers, Risk Assessors, Garden Landscapers/ Perma-culturalists, Nutritionists, and Head Chefs, etc.
The Gardener Landscapers/Perma-culturalists would run tests on the soil, to ensure the most suitable crops are planted in the most suitable areas and rotated and propagated, to ensure the lowest costs, and highest yields. Their role will also include the responsibility of drawing up plans for the development and maintenance of each area, ensuring biodiversity is restored and preserved.
Nutritionists can provide menus for Head Chefs, ensuring the head chef is able to focus on educating and training their team, so that the produce can be continually prepared in the most hygienic, and deliciously nutritious ways. It is possible some of these costs could be mitigated in the UK if the NHS is happy for its nutritionists’ roles to be adapted. TASK can also engage in fair-trade practices with developing nations, to include global superfoods on to the menu, optimising the benefits and standards to the highest regards near and far.
Additionally, carbon emission offsetting programmes can be utilised to allow for a variety of businesses to fund TASK, whilst reducing their own carbon footprint in the process. Social services and other appropriate agencies could even partner with schools to provide alternative care for children who cannot manage conventional schooling, enabling parents to continue contributing to society effectively, without fear or anxiety, as their children are protected from the current harms, dangers, and limitations they typically face when they do not have the relevant support in place in the education sector. Especially when their children are on the special educational need (SEN) register, or when they have emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD)’s; even worst still though, if they are also affected by Adverse Childhood Experienced (ACE’s), and are thus subject to deprivation, abuse, tragedy, poverty, caring for others, etc.
Additional costs would also need to be calculated and allocated for a kitchen and utensils, it may be possible that school, college, or NHS kitchens, could be hired, ‘out of hours’, to prepare some of the produce; increasing the budget for schools, or hospitals which can further support their pupils, or patients care and development. TASK would also need biodegradable disposable containers, and perhaps reusable containers for suitable partnerships which can ensure their return, so that the food can be distributed in the most effective way.
TASK would also require gardening tools, safety equipment, as well as storage containers for outdoor equipment. In addition, it would also require clearance vehicles to remove rubbish from new sites, (which means that even the most derelict spaces can be taken on and transformed). It may even be possible to obtain further storage facilities to freeze or store surplus goods, although it would be preferable to harvest, prepare and consume fresh. However, by obtaining a property to serve each community, fermented foods could even be added to the menu, which offer even greater benefits due to their high yield of probiotics, which are renowned for improving and maintaining a healthy micro-gut-microbiome, which is required for optimal health. Such properties could also be run as local drop-in centres, which could also support local schemes and run specific free events to ensure the most vulnerable and needy have a place to connect, collaborate, and find local support and advice for any need they have.
Locations which TASK can use to grow the plant-based produce, would be ‘run down’ public spaces and private gardens of willing residents; the purchase of land could also be considered if the experts consider this to be a beneficial venture. It is also an option to consider using hospital grounds, school grounds, or other areas the government is responsible for in any capacity, with safeguarding experts to work with each location’s appropriate representative, to manage the specifics suitable for their individual needs and aspirations. Sites run by former military staff, are considered the most appropriate for non-violent offenders and illegal immigrants, to ensure the highest standards in defence and care are maintained in everyday operations.
To all private owners who allow TASK to grow produce on their land, 30% of the fresh produce would be given or 15% if they prefer the produce prepared first; after they have had a personal plan tailored to their needs by the landscape gardener. Allowing willing residents to have free garden makeovers, that are maintained for them, as well as providing them with additional food as well, which can include a tailored plan made by a nutritionist if required. Additionally, there are many residents who are unable to maintain their gardens to the standards they would like, others have no ability and feel ashamed, TASK will help these types of people to live with dignity and have outdoor spaces tailored to their specific needs, which can give them endless hours of fascination and wonder and joy; providing endless opportunities to improve and elevate every living place to its highest state.
In time TASK would also be able to provide funding for appropriate vulnerable tenants, relieving the burden on local councils, so that in some cases, rent can be variable rather than fixed, ensuring that a sensible percentage is taken from a tenants income, to ensure that all can afford their living expenses; whilst providing relevant support and opportunities to enable vulnerable people to improve their circumstances, wherever possible; to enable citizens to become independent over time, so that funds can be continually reevaluated and redistributed to others locally who are less independant.

TASK may seem over-ambitious or ambiguous to all those unfamiliar with similar projects, and it may even feel unnecessary to those who have limited experience of hardship, or who have no real understanding of the most current leading research in all the relevant fields of expertise. However, these doubts and/or concerns are addressed when one fully understands the following insights.

Similar Projects and insights
Starting with the economic front, epidemiologists, Richard Wilkinson and Kate Picketts produced a fascinating and ground breaking worldwide study, in their book, ‘The Spirit Level’, which demonstrated that, for the eleven different social and health problems: the wellbeing of children, teenage pregnancies, education, trust and community life, social mobility, obesity, physical health, mental health, drug abuse, violence and imprisonment; all of these have significantly worst outcomes the more rich and unequal a country is, and that every member of that society becomes disadvantaged in one way or another, regardless of their position in that society. TASK can be organised and utilised to respond to all of the above needs: as, and how, and when, and where they are needed; being able to adapt to each and every demand to ensure that political or personal prejudices can become a thing of the past. This is because TASK can ensure that compassionate experts can tailor resources and responses, in the most affective and appropriate fashion, each and every step of the way.
In another field of expertise, Epigenetics’ has shown that our DNA has a genome cycle that codes for six years and rests for one, it has been discovered that our cells need to methylate to continue to code healthily; and they can only do this when we consume green foods. Sneaking raw greens into smoothies, juices, and/or soups, or other foods is a great way to ensure fussy individuals, especially children, have their daily portion, which is an excellent way to protect against genetic mutations, diseases, and premature aging. Further still, the University of California’s has carried out recent micro gut-biome research, in which samples of bacteria from people with healthy gut-microbiomes, have been placed in children with autism. This experiment has proven to remove all the negative symptoms of their condition, demonstrating further, the importance of providing a system which ensures malnourishment is eradicated.
Furthermore, popular plant-based Nutritionists, such as TJ Waterfall, typically have the most detailed and up to date research to equip and empower any willing participant. Boasting of an impressive portfolio of elite clientele, especially Olympians, and world-famous, first-class athletes, who are more serious than most about reaching their peek perfection, regarding their health and performance goals. In fact, Patrick Holford’s’ leading research on optimum nutrition also demonstrates the significant benefits of ensuring that every citizen has equal access to obtaining every nutrient the mind, and body needs to function adequately. The Physician’s Committee is also recommending a plant-based diet, and Scottish doctors began campaigning in 2022, for the NHS to become plant based, and they have estimated the NHS could save 30 billion a year as a result.
However, alternative research and further long-term health studies, such as the Blue Zones Project, or Seven-day Adventist studies, demonstrate that it is also possible for those who do not want to convert to a completely plant-based lifestyle, to still become the longest living humans, with the best quality of life. Therefore, TASK will be committed to developing every participating nation into a blue zone, whilst ensuring that all dietary preferences can be catered for and enhanced gradually, with each individual’s consent, as their tastebuds adjust to a less, salty, sugary, or excessively fatty diet, as is common in the West. TASK wants to ensure that people can begin to enjoy a richer quality of life, with decent options and support to aid recovery from previous poor options; and is committed to supporting every person regardless to the moderate diet they choose to consume; even though it is a plant-based organisation. This is because, it is believed that the benefit of the best lifestyle will gradually become undeniable and accessible to all who encounter the fruits of TASKs roots, and eventually, humanity will share the same pallet, which will be a free choice, without coercion or control, just by having all options available, alongside education and safe and secure nations. TASK will remain plant-based and will support all other organisations any way it can, to produce the highest standards of welfare and produce, so that the most ethical and environmentally friendly practices, eventually ensure optimal health for humanity and the planet, as well as for all the creatures which also inhabit it.
TASK believes in a future in which the environment and resources will be maintained without dispute, waste, disaster, or catastrophe as a result of its continued contribution, (one has learnt that it is most benevolent to hope for the best and prepare for the worse, regardless of the forecast). TASK can also ensure that it is keeping up to date with a variety of sources to ensure that it is addressing the social needs as effectively as the health ones; not to mention the environmental factors which every living thing depends on. TASK will enable a system in which the most intellectual will share their findings with the most influential and effective, who will then pass on their plans to the most respected and skilled, who will then train up every one who is able, which ensures everything, and everyone is maintained and sustained as perfectly and efficiently as is humanly possible.
Next the focus shifts Portugal, a country which treats addiction as a health need rather than a crime. Many of the fears most had about the program when it began two decades ago did not manifest, and its approach has been revered and celebrated by most experts, because it reduces deaths significantly and provides more ways for vulnerable addicts to access help and recover. However, like most countries, the recent impact of covid, and other unfortunate global factors, has had a devastating impact on many elements of Portuguese living standards, and strategies to combat the devolving progress are being called for. Therefore, it is important to use TASK to provide an option for individuals to avoid being incarcerated, with the reality that they will, if they do not follow all the conditions set by the judicial system; with the consequences stated at the criminal hearing. For example, a person found guilty of drug or alcohol offences could be referred to relevant, specialised rehabilitation services whilst they serve out their sentence doing community service at TASK; if they do not adhere to the expectations of both organisations, or they are found guilty of additional crimes, unrelated to supplying their recovery needs, then they will be moved to the segregated area, designated for the more of a risk non-violent offenders: with terms and conditions necessary for them to adhere to, otherwise they will instead incarcerated in prison for the rest of their sentence. Johann Hari would surely approve, with his own expert and respected conclusion being that ‘the opposite of addition is not sobriety, it is human connection’, which is thoroughly championed by TASKS’ approach, due to extensive research in this field of expertise.
Further still, those convicted of tax evasion could avoid a prison sentence, by instead doing community service with TASK, as well as continuing to work professionally, until they have repaid all the taxes they’re owing, on the condition that further criminal activity will result in a prison sentence instead. This approach reduces the cost to the taxpayer and ensures that the justice system offers effective solutions which enrich the nation, whilst teaching its citizens the benefit of charity, community and cooperation. Legal experts can elaborate further on additional reforms, according to their excellently informed professional insights and tools.
The final project to note is an initiative that I highly recommend others investigate at, ‘plantingjustice.org’, since their similar mission is, “to empower people impacted by mass incarceration and other social inequalities, with the skills and resources to cultivate food sovereignty, economic justice, and community healing.” They offer a variety of programs to achieve their goals and have many impressive partnerships, as well as one of the most impressive business models; alongside increasing resources, assets and impact, and most importantly perhaps, is that they are extremely successful at rehabilitating offenders, with one of the most impressive reductions in reoffending rates. All evidence demonstrates that their approach really works, with their motto, “to grow food, grow jobs, and grow community”, being achieved superbly. They offer heartwarming testimonies on their site, from their staff and workers, which also demonstrates, alongside their impressive statistics and achievements, just how relevant their practices are. ‘Planting justice’ is an ethical framework of honourable conduct; that is not only worth valuing but is also worth emulating and congratulating.

Conclusion
TASK will help participating governments to achieve global emission targets despite present obstacles and strains, whilst providing additional tools to deal with financial crisis’ and the present and increasing decline in resources, which could otherwise lead to catastrophic: food, water, and energy shortages, as well as humanitarian crisis’ nationally and worldwide. It will also provide relief, hope, and opportunities for all of those who are anxious about: unsustainable, unethical, and non-organic agricultural and cultural practices, which are believed to be causing; global ecological destruction. Such matter which are also a factor in the increasing refugees, and humanitarian crisis’, thus TASK will provide a great outlet for members of extinction rebellion and the like; and a great sigh of relief by those no longer being disrupted by them.
However, one of TASKs most important benefits is that it will wholeheartedly address and relieve personal and economic costs from the rising lifestyle related physical and mental illnesses, diseases, and premature deaths; meaning it can help to reduce global divisions in standards of health, safety and equality, which can decrease the risks of future pandemics, as well as counteract irreversible social collapse. TASK will also address the further depletion of species and essential life-giving-forces and sources, endangered by current approaches; particularly those deemed as the most toxic and destructive. TASK can address social and global political polarisations, which are currently leading to further declines in community spirit, and cohesion, as well as international relationships and partnerships, which always affect the most vulnerable more radically than others. Furthermore, predicted increases in injustice, brutality, conflict, war, destruction, oppression, and devastation, which will otherwise be due to some of the unjust management and practices mentioned, can instead be strategically targeted and prevented.
